ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be designing, building and evaluating Technical and Soft Skills modules, working with our Learning Management System. You will be responsible for building new Programmes and updating existing ones. In addition, you will implement research processes to understand the needs of the employers and the Artisan industry to ensure accurate curriculum creation. Lastly, you will be part of the selection process for our Apprenticeship Programmes.

WHAT YOU NEED

For this role, you will need:

-An Honours degree and 2 - 5 years of work experience in an educational environment.

-A strong knowledge of educational software programmes will be an added advantage.

- An ability to think on your feet, problem-solve and get your hands dirty is vital for this role, as is a creative mindset.

-Experience in facilitation, teaching or training is also beneficial, but a passion for education, developing people and the learner experience in particular is key!
