The 3-year BluLever Apprenticeship Journey

Great learning experiences start and end in the real world. Each year apprentices spend 3 months on campus and 9 months with employers doing employer-based learning.

BluLever Education is a QCTO accredited Skills Development Provider.

Apprentices graduate with a fully accredited plumbing occupational certificate.
At the end of the 3-year BluLever apprenticeship, apprentices do a trade test and receive a "red-seal" certificate which shows they are an artisan and which is recognised across the world as a quality stamp of approval.

A purpose-built learning model that engages students no matter their learning style, and then ensures that learning sticks. Everyday students engage with their subjects by making their way through this learning cycle.

The Artisan Academy is where artisan business owners go in order to hone their business skills and grow their businesses.

A Toolkit For Artisans That Own Businesses

Our incubation hub takes artisan entrepreneurs to a place of stability, formalisation, and growth. It gives business owners an opportunity to work on themselves and their businesses, all while being supported and guided on the path to success. A partnership between Kandua & BluLever, this incubator is the first of its kind: purpose-built for artisans.

Entrepreneurs go through 5 months of incubation, starting with weekly classes for 2 months, and then 3 months to practise newfound skills.

The Artisan Academy

The Artisan Academy is where artisan business owners get the training they need to take their businesses to the next level. Whether you are looking to stabilize, formalize or simply grow your business, the Artisan Academy has the incubation hub or short course to help you learn how to make that happen.
