ABOUT THE ROLE

This role supports our CEOs and COO, contributing to their effectiveness in operational and strategic areas. Responsibilities include managing calendars, communications, administrative tasks, travel, and basic bookkeeping/finance. The role also supports onboarding, guest relations, board reporting, event management, and special projects for the CEOs/COO. This is a role for a proactive and detail-orientated professional who will streamline executive operations.

WHAT YOU NEED

For this role we're looking for someone who is:

-Experience in financial admin

-Admin experience / EA experience.

-Strong organisational skills, time management skills

-At least 5 years work experience

-Strong technology, communication, problem solving

-Strong interpersonal skills
