Join Us in Building BluLever’s Cape Town Campus
BluLever Education is entering an exciting new chapter as we expand into Cape Town and continue building our impact across Africa.
Our Cape Town growth will create new opportunities for passionate, purpose-driven people who want to contribute to the future of artisan education. We are building a team that will support the launch and growth of our Plumbing and Electrical programmes while creating meaningful education and employment pathways for young people.
Joining BluLever in Cape Town means more than starting a new job. It is an opportunity to help establish a new campus, shape the experience of our first Cape Town students and contribute to a growing organisation committed to developing the artisans of the future.
As BluLever grows, opportunities may become available across:
Student recruitment and admissions
Marketing and community engagement
Teaching, facilitation and learning support
Student experience and support
Employer and industry engagement
Campus operations
We are looking for people who believe in the potential of young people, value collaboration and quality, and are excited by the opportunity to build and grow with us.
Whether you have applied to BluLever before or are discovering us for the first time, we encourage you to explore our available positions. A previous application does not prevent you from applying for a new opportunity that matches your skills and experience.
At BluLever, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment, contribute to meaningful work and support our mission to transform artisan education.
If you are ready to grow and help us make a strong start in Cape Town, we would love to hear from you.
