BluLever Education’s Wraparound Support Project reimagined how to help apprentices succeed in South Africa’s artisan training system. Partnering with the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, BluLever built a holistic model combining case management, wellness initiatives, and community-based support. Over three years, the project reduced dropout rates from 24% to 5% and created a replicable framework for helping apprentices manage personal, academic, and workplace challenges. This initiative highlights how trust, layered interventions, and tailored systems can transform artisan education and build more resilient career pathways.
