ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is instrumental in the creation and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures. This includes the implementation of all policies and procedures tracking Apprentices in the completion of their apprenticeship programme including managing documentation, Logbooks and Portfolio of Evidences. Lastly, stakeholder management is a large component of this role which includes working with the relevant SETAs, QCTO and funding stakeholders.
WHAT YOU NEED
For this role, you will need to have an undergraduate degree and 3 - 5 years work experience in higher education in quality assurance or management. Management of people and / or large numbers of students will be an added advantage. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with large amounts of data across databases and systems are crucial. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important but a passion for education, developing people and the learner experience in particular is key!
