BluLever Education is empowering Africa’s artisans with skills for the future. BluLever achieves this through holistic vocational education and skills training that creates ethical industry professionals of a global standard. BluLever’s Braamfontein Campus, focused on plumbing apprenticeships, launched in early 2021.
WHERE WE ARE NOW
BluLever Education is preparing Africa for the 4th industrial revolution by mobilising a movement of 5 million artisans as active citizens. We currently offer plumbing apprenticeships for 5 cohorts of 30 students per year, as well as various other artisan training products such as the MakersHub - an incubation hub that supports small businesses in their journey to growth, formalisation and stability. The Blulever team is growing fast, with many more opportunities for growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will be instrumental when it comes to student recruitment operations support and administration. The role involves prospecting and cold calling, managing applicants and application documents and details, and continually providing further administrative support to the rest of the student recruitment team. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in recruiting and selecting students for an education organisation and has a key eye for attention to detail.
WHAT YOU NEED
For this role you will need to have experience working with people, and experience in a sales / customer service team is an advantage. You will need to have basic IT literacy skills (CRM system experience is a bonus). We are looking for people who are strong administratively and enjoy working on administrative tasks like data capturing. Ideally you should enjoy relationship-building, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be confident over the phone.
