ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Alumni Manager, your goal will be to build BluLever's Alumni Programme from the ground up. This will include research, programme design and implementation, stakeholder management and event management. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing young people and is eager to be part of building something that will significantly contribute to the industry and our graduates.

WHAT YOU NEED

For this role, you will need to have an undergraduate degree and approximately 5 years of work experience. Experience in stakeholder management, event management and working with young people is essential. A driver's licence and a car are also important. Previous experience in designing / implementing Alumni Programmes is beneficial but not a requirement. Experience in working with CRM systems (E.g. Salesforce) will be a bonus.
